When you register on RemoteX, we collect your email address, full name, and phone number (if provided). When you upload your resume (PDF/DOCX), our AI parses your technical skills, work experience, education, and professional background to match you with relevant global remote jobs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to:

• Generate AI match scores with available remote job postings.
• Produce tailored cover letters upon your request (Premium feature).
• Process payments for subscription upgrades via our authorized payment gateways.
• Send account notifications and authentication confirmation links.

3. Data Security & Storage

Your resume files and credentials are encrypted and stored in secure Supabase cloud infrastructure enforced by PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS). We never sell your personal contact information or resume data to third-party advertisers.
